Nicholas Cook began investing in houses in 2005 as an Acquisition Manager for Intuition Real Estate Group, Inc. He has experience negotiating complex transactions involving bankruptcy, estates, and foreclosure as well as managing major renovations.

He has over 1000 hours of professional education logged on topics ranging from option contracts to real estate trusts. He has also been a guest speaker at Portland Community College for one of there real estate investment classes.

In late 2007, after hearing complaints from fellow investors about the lack of qualified management companies, Nicholas decided to take the lessons he learned in the investment world, and bring them into the management business. From there Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc was born. Nicholas is a licensed Property Manager, Notary, and member of several real estate and civic groups in the greater Portland area.
