These are the 3 fees you can expect to pay:

Our setup fee pays for establishing your client file and because it’s the only money we see until your property is rented, it’s a sign of commitment.

Lease Fee…………………………………………………50% of one month’s rent ($500.00 minimum)

A lease fee covers advertising, screening and returning phone calls, property assessment, property photographs, showing’s, background checks, negotiating and signing a lease with a tenant.

Monthly Management Fee………………………………………8%-10% (Varies based on property)

Monthly management includes collecting the rent, sending out notices, scheduling maintenance, monthly financial reports, 24/7 emergency contact, and much more.
