I am writing to give a glowing recommendation for Nicholas Cook and Sleep Sound Property Management. I have been very happy with the property management service I have received from Sleep Sound since they began managing my property at 19444 NE Hassalo in August of 2008.

I found Sleep Sound Property Management by going to an online service where I submitted information for them to call me. I got a call back within an hour of submitting the info. I talk to Mr. Cook on the phone who was professional and cordial. We set up an appointment and he met me at the property a few days later.

I was a bit cautious at first because Sleep Sound was a fairly young company and I wasn’t sure if they had the experience to manage my property. After speaking with Nicholas Cook though, I found him to be very bright and professional with many insights from his experience working in private investment. So I decided to give Sleep Sound a try.

It’s been about 6 months since they took on my property. They got it leased quickly and have been great at communicating at every step along the way. I get the check every month without any involvement on my part. And that’s great, because I really don’t want to have to deal with the property or the tenants each month.
